Initiate Your Return

Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels remain intact and undisturbed.
Ship the Items
Generate your prepaid shipping label via the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
